Use Of Causative Make

USE
Make as a causative verb expresses the idea that the person requires another person to do something. This construction means "to force someone to do something”. Here a person doesn’t perform a work directly rather she/he forces another to do the job. 
Examples:
She makes him write her letter.
She made her children do their homework.
She was making his servant clean the room.
They are making the students read the book.
Did somebody make you wear that ugly hat?
My teacher made me apologize for what I had said.
The teacher made the students stay after class
Caution: don’t use ‘TO’ before the verb
Incorrect: She made the baby to take/taking a nap.
Correct:  She made the baby take a nap.
