Use of "used to"

 Structure: Subject + (am/is/are/was/were)+used to+noun.
The sentences mentioned below mean a  HABIT of a person

Nosheen is used to this weather.( here she is habituated to this weather )
They are used to tea.
I am used to novel.
The student are not used to study.

Structure: Subject + (am/is/are/was/were)+used to+ verb+ing+ extension
The sentences mentioned below also mean a  HABIT of a person.

I'm used to watching TV.
He is used to sleeping at day.
Nosheen is used to talking to her patients.

Note:  The structure explained above must take verb+ing after used to.

Structure: Subject+used to+verb+extension.
The sentences having this structure mean that someone has had a habit or someone would do a particular activities before.

I used to play cricket when I was 16.(now I'm 25, I don't play cricket anymore but I had played when I was 16 years old ).
Did Abby use to go to gym.
Mubin didn't use to go home by bus. 
Maggi didn't use to waste her time when she was in University.
